Stomach Bug, Grape Juice & Doterra Essential Oils

Children at school and family friends are getting the stomach bug like crazy!!! With 8 people in the house it will takes weeks to run through our family!! We are starting tonight with a Doterra Essential Oil Defense Blend roller bottle applied to the bottom of our feet. And we are trying the grape juice protocol I've been seeing on Pinterest!!! Here's to NO puking!!!! 😳😳😳

Runny noses, allergies and snot :)

We are diffusing lemon, lavender and peppermint in the nursery! Runny noses and sinus headaches! Our weather is crazy this week! Low in the 20's and a high in the 70's! Arkansas weather :) Onguard and Breathe just aren't cutting it alone! So far it seems to be helping. I just made a blend of 2 drops each of melaleuca, oregano, frankincense & eucalyptus. I'm going to apply it to the bottom of the baby's feet (17 months old) and hopefully we will kick this snotty nose asap!
